ILGRadio TERMS OF SERVICE

The ILGRadio web site consists of various web pages operated by ILG Software & BFM Internet-Vertriebs GmbH (ILG Software & BFM Internet Distribution Company - registered company in Germany at the court). This web site is offered to you as a service conditional upon your acceptance without modification of all the following terms, and conditions contained herein. Your use of this web site and ILGRadio data constitutes your agreement to all such terms and conditions as detailed in this document.

Liability and Information Disclaimer

ILGRadio makes no claims about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, lack of viruses or other harmful components and accuracy of the information, products and graphics contained within the ILG web site for any purpose. All information contained within the site including these terms and conditions has been devised by Bernd Friedewald. While every effort is made to ensure that all information is accurate, valid and up to-date all site content is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. ILGRadio disclaims all warranties and conditions with regard to this information and service as a whole.

The ILGRadio information and content included in or available through the ILGRadio  web site may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. Advice or information received via the ILGRadio web site should not be relied upon for personal, educational, legal or financial decisions. Whilst information may be accurate and valid within the ILGRadio database it may not be so externally. You should consult an appropriate professional for specific advice or information concerning your requirements.

All changes are periodically made to the ILGRadio web site and to the database information therein. ILGRadio Software Company may make improvements and/or changes to the web site at any time.

The use of the ILGRadio web site signifies your continued agreement that ILGRadio will not and shall not be responsible for unauthorised access to or alteration of your data transmissions (if any). This includes any material or data sent or received by our web site via your computer. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the web site and all its content is free from viruses, in no event shall ILGradio be liable for any loss of data howsoever arising.

Site use and Content Limitation

All content and software (if any) that is made available to view and/or download in connection with the ILGradio web site, is owned by and is the copyrighted work of ILG Software & BFM Internet-Vertriebs GmbH. This means that international copyright laws protect the ILG/ILGRadio databases. Unless otherwise specified, the ILGRadio web site is for your personal use and only for private use and not for any commerical use within the broadcasting business, publishing buisiness, government offices. This means that you are not allowed to copy, distribute, transmit, display and reproduce information from the ILGRadio web site. Also listeners clubs or dx clubs are not allowed to re-publish ILGRadio data. It is not allowed to distribute ILGRadio material within your local Intranet, internet, e-mail or any other publishing distribution !

Web Site Accounts, Passwords and Security

If you wish to order access to the password protected ILG Radio server with the request for access data (password) to this web site, ILGRadio Software company requires you to create or set up an account, you must complete the registration form by providing us with the applicable registration form. You will then receive immediately from ILGRadio a password and user name if ILG Company with receive the verification of your payment. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account details. When browsing the site using your account details to access restricted pages, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify ILG Software Company immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security that you may know about. ILGRadio will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by ILGRadio or another party as a result of someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else's account at any time, without the permission of the account holder.

Order ILGRadio Database and ILGRadio Invoices

Orders to ILGRadio must be made in a written form by the order page on this server. It is not possible to accept any other order form by letter, fax or private e-mail. ILG Software Company will verify the start by E-Mail. ILGRadio invoices will be sent by Air Mail letter only for companies who must pay a higher yearly rate for the ILGRadio database (COMFORT subscription). The amount to pay for ILGRadio can only be possible via the PayPal company at https://www.paypal.com/. Other kinds of payments by bank transfer, cheque or International Money Order are not available at the moment due to high bank rates. All subscriptions are only for one year and are starting on the first day of the next month.

Termination of Access and Site Access Restrictions

Parts of the ILG web site are offered as restricted access areas and are clearly indicated as such. These areas are only to be accessed by the permitted parties and access is subject to registration upon which access can be granted. Any applications for access to the restricted areas that appear to be invalid will be refused and the applicant will be informed accordingly.

ILG Software company reserves the right to terminate your access to any of the restricted areas of the ILGRadio web site if copyright violation were verified. If ILG decide to terminate access, you will be notified prior to termination. Your right to use the restricted areas of the ILG web site immediately ceases upon termination of the account. 

End of ILGRadio Subscription and ILGRadio Access

ILGRadio subscriptions are ending after 12 full months and access will end at the end of the month. There is no need to inform ILG company if you wish to end your subscription. If your subscription will end you will get an email right in time. 

Links to third party sites

The ILG web site may contain links to third party web sites. These linked sites are not under the control of the ILG Software Company and ILG is not responsible for the contents or updates of any linked site, including all the links within the linked site. While every effort is made to ensure that all links within our web site whether external or not are valid and correct, ILG is not responsible if the linked site is not working correctly. ILG Software Company is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not mean that the linked site is in any way endorsed by ILGRadio.

Unlawful or Prohibited Site use

You may not use the ILGRadio web site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any restricted area/s of the ILGRadio web site. This means that access through hacking, password mining or any other means is strictly forbidden.

ILG Software & BFM Internet-Vertriebs GmbH has the right to undertake legal actions against any person or company who is using illegal ILG/ILGRadio data for re-publishing or any kind of distribution. Worldwide Copyright of ILG/ILGRadio data, database structure, abbreviations and layout of the graphical diagrams by ILG Software & BFM Internet-Vertriebs GmbH.

Modifications of these Terms of use

ILG Software Company reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the ILG web site is offered. As a site user you are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions and additional terms (if applicable). All relevant terms and conditions are displayed on the ILG web site or on parts of the site to which they are applicable.

These terms and conditions are also available by email along with your ILGRadio access data. Your continued use of the ILGRadio web site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices herein.
